 一、Dangerous Goods Packaging CertificateApplicable Objects and Scope:The Dangerous Goods Packaging Certificate, with the full name "Inspection Result Form for the Performance of Packaging for Import and Export Goods", is an inspection certificate for carton packaging specially used for exported dangerous goods. It applies to products that are required by national regulations to apply for dangerous goods packaging, such as cosmetics like epoxy glue, toner, nail polish, perfume, hair styling water, spray, lithium batteries, lighters, etc. The Dangerous Goods Packaging Certificate is divided into two parts: the performance certificate and the usage certificate. The performance certificate is generally issued by a regular manufacturer that provides the packaging, while the usage certificate needs to be applied for at the local commodity inspection bureau of the factory producing dangerous goods using the performance certificate.  Matters Needing Attention:The materials required for applying for the Dangerous Goods Packaging Certificate include the "Filing Certificate" for import and export-related dangerous goods, the inspection result form for the performance of goods packaging, the classification identification report IMI, etc. The Dangerous Goods Packaging Certificate will mark information such as UN, UN mark, CLASS, PG, product name, validity period, quantity, etc. A scanned copy of the Dangerous Goods Packaging Certificate is required for booking space for dangerous goods, and the original copy of the Dangerous Goods Packaging Certificate is required for dangerous goods declaration according to the declaration cutoff time after the pre-allocation is available. Its main feature is that the maximum weight of the inner packaging must not exceed the requirements of the "International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code", and the maximum weight of the outer packaging also has corresponding restrictions. Limited quantity packaging is usually used for dangerous goods of packing group II or III, while dangerous goods of packing group I cannot use limited quantity packaging. Notes: When using limited quantity packaging, it should be ensured that the maximum allowable weights of both inner and outer packaging comply with the requirements of the "International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code". Dangerous goods of different categories can only be transported in the same outer packaging if they meet the segregation requirements.
