（一）Wooden packaging that has undergone pest control treatment and been marked with the IPPC logo, if it has not been repaired, remanufactured, or otherwise modified, and has been confirmed as qualified through quarantine, can be reused without the need for further quarantine treatment or re-marking. Therefore, the country or region from which the goods are exported may be inconsistent with the country or region indicated by the IPPC logo;；

（二）A repaired wooden package refers to one where the replaced parts do not exceed one-third. The wood added during the repair process shall undergo quarantine treatment and be affixed with corresponding marks. Therefore, a wooden package is allowed to have multiple different marks.

（三）A remanufactured wooden package refers to one where the replaced parts exceed more than one-third. Remanufactured wooden packages must undergo quarantine treatment again, with the original marks on the wooden packages removed and new marks applied.
