Specific operation process of EPC project logistics

　The logistics of an EPC project is a "door-to-door" transportation service. It starts from the shipment of goods from the factory designated by the shipper, goes through processes such as pickup, counting, loading and unloading, inspection, warehousing, storage, delivery, and inventory checking, then undergoes multimodal transportation by sea, land, air, etc., and finally delivers the goods to the project site in the country where the project is located or the designated receiving address specified by the shipper in a timely and accurate manner. It also includes the management of information flow, physical flow, capital flow throughout the entire process, as well as on-site material management of the goods. The risks of project logistics are more difficult and greater than those of simple sea or railway transportation.
