1. FEDEX International Express Prices

The formula for calculating the volume and weight of FEDEX is: length cm X width cm X height cm/5000. If the volume and weight of the goods are greater than the actual weight, they will be charged based on the volume and weight, whichever is greater.

2. FEDEX International Express Surcharge

Remote Area Surcharge: Express shipments to remote areas will incur a remote area surcharge of RMB 4/KG * monthly fuel, with a minimum charge of RMB 80 * monthly fuel per shipment. Our operators will check whether it is remote based on the postal code or city name. The website query is not 100% accurate, but the final result will be based on the FEDEX bill. If the FEDEX bill shows that remote areas require additional remote fees, our company will automatically charge this remote fee.

Textile fees: In 2011, the latest regulation from the Hong Kong Trade Department required an import permit only for shipments to the United States, with an additional fee of 50 yuan per shipment (Nigeria does not accept textiles)

Fuel surcharge: subject to FEDEX website announcement, adjusted monthly.

3. FEDEX International Express Tariffs

The specific customs clearance fees shall prevail (generally, the declared value generates higher tariffs, and if the declared value is too low than the actual value, punitive tariffs may also be incurred). If the recipient refuses to pay the tariffs, the tariffs will be automatically borne by the sender.

The delivery time is closely related to the customs clearance time and flight schedule at the destination. 



Compensation/Insurance/Other Value Added Services

1. Compensation standard

For parcels that are missing, out of stock, or damaged, such as parcels received by the recipient that do not match the weight, quantity, or quantity, or are damaged, please provide feedback on the loss or damage to the destination FEDEX within 24 hours of receiving the package. And within 7 working days, provide our company with the recipient's locally registered filing number and accident certificate, in order to file a claim with FEDEX for investigation. After verification by FEDEX, the maximum compensation is free shipping and the declared value of the compensation package shall not exceed 100 USD. Partial damage or loss shall be compensated based on the percentage of the actual lost quantity to the total, but the maximum compensation shall not exceed 100 USD. Due to customs inspections, lost parcels may be opened for inspection during customs clearance, which may result in parcel loss, loss of all or part of the contents of the parcel, or seizure by customs. Our company does not assume any responsibility arising from this.

2. Insurance

Precautions

1. Item Description

When declaring the product name, it is necessary to fill in the actual product name and quantity. We do not accept gift or sample declarations.

2. Declaration value

FEDEX does not require a declared value, and customers can decide the amount to be filled in. It is recommended to declare the actual declared value of the goods to avoid high tariffs and fines.

3. Recipient Address

FEDEX does not accept PO BOX email addresses. The recipient's phone number must be provided, and the above information must be filled out in English. Other languages are not accepted

4. The weight of a single item of goods shall not exceed 68KG, and the length+width+height shall not exceed 330CM
